How to Program the Vesta Water Ionizer
Published by Alkaline Water Plus
You will need to be able to program the Vesta water ionizer if you purchase one. This post has everything you need to learn the simple programming steps.
The directions in the Vesta water ionizer manual are pretty clear, but I’ve done this blog to help those who want a little extra help or who would rather watch than read their directions.
Step-By-Step Instructions for How to Program the Vesta Water Ionizer…
Step 1: Push the “Menu” button and hold it until you see AL1 on the screen. AL1 stands for Alkaline Level 1. I don’t recommend changing the lower alkaline levels, but of course you can if you want to. The levels you may want to change are AL3 and AL4 [Alkaline Levels 3 & 4]. If you are new to drinking ionized water I wouldn’t change Level 3 right away. However, after months you may feel like challenging yourself to drinking higher levels of alkaline ionized water. Level 4 is reserved for high-alkaline water for cleaning purposes, and so I recommend that you program that one right away. [Note: For those actually watching the video, the highest any level can go (on a range of +19 to -19) is “+19″.]
Step 2: Pushing the “Alkaline” button will allow you to change the screen settings. Push it until you see AL4 displayed.
Step 3: The factory setting is zero, so to program AL4 to the highest level you should now push the “Acidic” button, which acts like an arrow to increase the power. Keep pushing as you see the number change…and the highest it will go is 19. Doing this increases the power going to the Vesta water ionizer plates at the level you are programming.
Step 4: After programming any level of Alkaline or Acidic that you want, you will need to push the menu button one final time to exit the programming mode.
I highly recommend that you watch the short video demonstrating how to program the Vesta water ionizer.
Note: The Vesta GL Water Ionizer has been replaced by the Vesta H2 Water Ionizer, which has an almost indestructible water cell.
